Dallas Police defends yhe actions of a constable who had a face off with 20yr old Marlin Gipson. #MarlinGipson and his brothers were passing out his lawn business cards when he was approached by the constable. He asked for the constable id and everything went crazy from there. He was later arrested in his home after K9 was sicced on him which left visible bite on his arm. Marlin. Gipson claimed he cant lift anything with that arm as he feels numb in the bruise area. Harris county says the officer was doing his job and they have bodycams to prove they did nothing wrong. Their bodycam has not been released to d public yet #letoyinspeak
