History was made yesterday in the African Music Entertainment industry.I have never been to Grammy’s Music Award (GMA) but on Saturday July 26, 2014, I saw Grammy’s through the eyes of our very own Big A Entertainment (African Muzik Magazine Award). AFRIMMA brought some of Africa's hottest music artist/stars from all over Africa to grace the event held at the Eisenmann center in Dallas TX USA,  stars like of 2face Idibia (Nigeria), Les Nubians (Cameroun),Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania),Fally Ipupa (DR Congo), Stanley Enow (Cameroun),Wyre (Kenya),Davido, Iyanya, Phyno, Teddy A, Bracket, KC Limpopo (Nigeria) and more. Ace Comedian,Basket Mouth and actress Juliet Ibrahim hosted the show.

I never liked Wizkid intro back in the day; I felt they were tacky, but overtime I came to love it. I was expecting the normal Wizkid intro ( e.g. On top your matter: oh na na na and ye le le le le o from Ginger)  which I enjoyed. Well, there was nothing like that in this song and video. Soon,he will no longer be Wizkid but Wizzy-papa(Nope…he will always be Wizkid). The video was dope, the dance moves were on point, especially the little kids, the school boys….RAD!!

It takes a good listener to know an entertainer; I am one of those,  know the song/voice before the artist kind of person and when I hear a good/horrible/almost there music I make it my business to know who the entertainer is, which brings me to the music video Money by King Special

I remember when I saw the album cover of this song, two gorgeous and talented women (honk! Honk!!) on the cover showing their sexiness was pretty darn good reason to watch the video.

The video was about two women (waje and Tiwa) dating and showering the same man with gifts.

Dorobucci

Mavin records has done it again…..first Don Jazzy blew up the social media up with the #DORO which went viral. In minutes of posting dorobucci’s hook on his Instagram page, no one’s post/pic/video mattered anymore if you are following Don Jazzy. It was flooded with fans around the world posting their version of the song till date. Even Tyra Banks hashtag the word #Doro while on vacation. I was looking forward to the video of this song since I saw the quick forty-seven video tease floating around and I finally saw the video. When I did, I was not disappointed one bit as I have watched the video almost 4 times this morning and this is my take on the video.
