The Headies Awards 2014

      The Headies award formerly know as the Hip Hop World Awards was held at the prestigioous Eko Hotel on Sunday, December 14, 2014. The event brought all entertainers together from Comedians, OAPs, actors and actresses but, the night was about appreciating our music entertainers. I dont know the capacity the venue but it was fully packed with legions of fans.

      The 2014 BenTV Awards went down last night at The Oriental Hotel in Lekki; it marked yet another day of recognizing actors and artist in their respective industry. African awards events has been one of my favorite events to attend,I can't think of any show that brings together the amount of talent and music diversity than such event. Each events like this, brings its own set of interesting performances and results.

      Kelly Hansome is one of those artist that has redefined his solo work.His first singles I saw was end of the road which was good but jagged-edge-ish which my people automatically considered wack; fast forward to 2014 he came out with Baba Olowo. Lets just say the lack of appreciation for certain type of song in Nigeria definitely lead to Kelly Hansome rebranding himself and this is darn good.
