Tolu Adesina came into limelight as a contestant on MTN Project Fame in 2010 held in Africa, he is a singer, producer and song writer who hails from Ogbomosho in Oyo state. Arewa was the first song I heard, great voice, different genre; no woman on heart will hear him sing and not smile, that was two years ago; Fast forward to now, he released a brand new music video My Lover ft Don Jazzy

Lets Talk Review
      My Lover is the current single from Tolu, a fitting come back considering his MIA. The song opens with a nice healthy love for classic smooth, sexy RnB that prompts you to see and wonder who the artist is but once the first set of lyrics kick in,

kosi bi ti mo Le lo

touching you, kissing you my boo...... 

you can't help but listen to the end.
      I find the video quite interesting to watch, few girls at every corner twerking and trying hard to be sexy type of video was what I expected considering the artist is quite/look young; but there was just that 1 main girl he had and another girl looking fierce like Gracie Jones dancing and moving slowly in a strip tease form, This wasn't what I expected. It was tastefully done especially when the main lady took off her beach covers exactly when he started singing praise about her body...brav-O

     Personally, I don't think he should have featured Mavin Boss Don Jazzy; this should have been his baby, but I 'think' I understand why he made that move, he added nothing to the video (performance-wise) and if he's going to sing more love songs, l don't think any woman want the love to be sweet like Ajinomoto (lol). However, do not let that take away from the clear fact that My Lover is a rad song. The last thirty seconds of this song really hit a YEAH spot as the artist hit the right spots that flows well with the beats.

      Overall, it was immensely satisfying song to listen to and watch. This song is a perfect soundtrack to a late night cruise to anywhere, for coming home with millions of issues on your mind and suites perfectly in all areas; as it is a perfect blend of pure RnB with a blend of Hip Hop.
