Young upcoming designer Mary (Nse EKpe Etim) and Akin ( Wale Ojo) couldn't be more different, and it drives them crazy following the
circumstances they found themselves in. After mistakenly swapping phones, the two discover that they have what the other is missing; they are forced to take up responsibilities until they get their phones back. In the process, they developed a sense of appreciation, compassion, respect and love.

      As an obsessive-movie lover, I figured out the plot of the film when I saw the trailer two years ago and I wondered if its worth it (very worthwhilw). Although the writer ended the film by a tiny twist and it was very much delightful to watch. Having said that; Phone Swap is a clean classy comedy about perspective, its no body switching- cosmic force here like Freaky Friday instead of bodies, they simply bumped and swapped phones between the hardworking, aspiring and practicing seamstress with a loving yet troubled family and rich, accomplished popular manager with a broken home.The two were forced to discover each other's faults as they wait the course of the swap
     The very familiar plot was full of light comedy from both lead acts but I am totally in love with
Ada Ameh; also from golden actor Chika Okpala a.k.a Zebrudaya he showed the world in this movie that being out of for so very long can't stop him and Saka as a PA was hilarious (old News.
      The genuity of the movie lies with the yet again awesome cast. Nse Ekpe Etim is very talented and good actress but should watch how she works with her facial expression which tend to be a bit much....so relax you got this, Wale Ojo ......I just want to see this delectable man in all movies...his carriage, pronunciation, swag and skills

very Good at it.
     
Overall, the catchy and very predictable movie may not be the over the top comedy movie but the cast offered a sweet touch of romance, If Phone Swap failed in theatres I bet its because of the the tittle; other than that I picked a very good movie to end my weekend.
